Access to and use of this Website and the products and services available through this website are subject to the following terms, conditions and notices. By using this website, you are agreeing to all of our terms, as may be updated by us without notice from time to time.

Brides 4 Less online boutique
By placing an online order you are offering to purchase your chosen items subject to the following terms and conditions:

 

GENERAL:

(i) All orders are subject to availability and our confirmation of the order.

(ii) Delivery times are provided for guidance only and despatch times may vary according to product availability.  If you require an item urgently, please contact us before placing your order.   We will not be held responsible for delays resulting from postal strikes or delays where we have to order in your items direct from the manufacturer.

(iii) When placing an order you agree that all details you provide to us are true and accurate, that you are an authorised user of the credit or debit card used to place your order and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods. All prices advertised can be subject to such changes without notice. In the event that the goods are no longer available we will advise you of this and refund any money paid.

(iv) We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions from time to time without notice.


ORDERING:


(i) You will receive an automatic acknowledgement e-mail confirming receipt of your order.   If you do not receive this within 4 hours of order placement, please check your spam mailbox, or email us at
sales@brides4less.co.uk.  Your order is accepted by us upon our separate confirmation of acceptance of the order. 

(ii) You can make payment by all major credit and debit cards.  Payment is taken in full at the time of ordering through Paypal (no account required).  

(iii) Some items offered for sale in our online boutique are either hand-made to order or one-off bespoke items.  Items which are hand-made to order may, by their nature, vary in design slightly with each item.  This is part of the unique elements of such items and is not a fault.  One-off bespoke items are offered for sale and once sold will be taken off of the website as soon as reasonably practicable.

(iv) All 'sale' items are in stock and available for immediate despatch.  These are usually ex-boutique samples or discontinued styles so sizes/colours may be limited.  Where such items are ex-samples, they will be marked as such with details of the condition of such items. All such items have been priced accordingly.

PRICE AND SHIPPING COSTS:

All prices include VAT and exclude shipping costs. The shipping cost will be displayed in the shopping cart. There are no hidden charges; you only pay what you see!

All orders must be paid for in full before shipping. 

 

 

DISCOUNT CODES AND OFFERS:


From time to time and at our sole discretion, we may offer certain discount codes or free delivery offers.  Such discount codes
may only be valid for internet orders and/ or trade show orders. 

 

CANCELLING YOUR ORDER:

In accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2014, you have certain rights when purchasing online, including rights of cancellation.  You have the right to cancel your order from the moment you place your order up to seven (7) working days from the day you receive your goods.  If you wish to cancel your order, you must send an email or letter to be received by us before the end of seven (7) working days from the day you receive your goods, advising that you wish to cancel your order.  You do not need to provide a reason for this, although it would be helpful for our records if you could.  Please send your cancellation email to sales@brides4less.co.uk or your cancellation letter by post to Brides 4 Less Limited, 6B Deronda Road, London, SE24 9BG.

 

REFUNDS/EXCHANGES:

All items for refund or exchange must be received back by us under the below conditions;

1)      Items must be returned within 14 days of the original date of receipt by you.

2)      Items must be in its original condition: have not been worn, smell of cologne, perfume, smoke or any other odour, no stains, holes, make up marks or other blemishes; tags must be on; where items are provided in a gift box, they should be returned with no tape or similar around the box. If the box is defaced then a charge of £10 will be deducted from any refund. You must ensure items are packaged appropriately to protect against damage.

3)      Return or Exchange Number is required (apply within 7 working days after receiving it) 

Any packages returned without a Return or Exchange Number may be subject to delays in processing your refund or exchange.   Please ensure that you send back any items via recorded or signed-for post/courier as we cannot be held responsible for any items which we have not received due to loss or delay by your chosen carrier. Please note that Brides 4 Less Limited do not refund postage costs for return or exchange items.

In the event that we receive back goods which have been worn, do not have original labels and packaging intact or are not in a condition that we consider reasonable, meaning that such goods cannot be resold at the same price, then no refunds will be issued and the goods will be returned to you. 

Refunds are normally issued within 7 working days from the date of them being received back to us, but please allow up to 14 days for refunds to go back into your account.

 

FAULTY / INCORRECT ITEMS DELIVERED:


If you find a fault with your items you must inform us by email to
sales@brides4less.co.uk within 48hours of receipt to report the problem. The items then need to be returned within the next fourteen (14) days to the address set out above for a refund, repair or replacement as applicable.

 

UNDELIVERED ORDERS:

All orders are sent via either courier or by a signed-for service.  Your local sorting office or delivery depot will usually attempt one re-delivery, after which you may be required to collect it from the depot/sorting office.  In the event the parcel is not collected it will be returned to us.  At your option you can either (i) cancel the order or (ii) arrange for re-delivery in which case, additional postage charges may be payable by you.

SECURITY & PRIVACY POLICY:


Our on-line ordering system uses the latest secure encryption technology. All personal and credit card information is submitted with the highest level of security for your protection. All the information collected on this site will be kept strictly confidential and will not be sold, reused, rented, disclosed, or loaned. Any information you provide will be held with the utmost care and the details will only be used to send items you have ordered and to inform you of special offers no more than 4 times a year. If you do not want to receive our special offer emails please let us know and you will be removed from this database. Phone numbers will only be used by ourselves for order related queries and we do not keep customers credit card details.
