Delivery Information
How soon will I receive my order?
Delivery of items takes up to 30 working days as most of our products are manufactured after your order has been placed.
Has my dress been dispatched yet?
As soon as your dress leaves Brides 4 Less HQ, we will email you confirmation
and include a tracking number.
Can I track my order online?
We ship all of our orders using Hermes. When we dispatch your order for
delivery you will receive a unique tracking number by email. Once in receipt of
this reference number you can check the current status of your shipment on the Hermes
website at https://www.myhermes.co.uk/
Alternatively, you can email us on sales@brides4less.co.uk and we will track
the order on your behalf.
How much does delivery
cost?
The
rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your
products. All delivery charges will be shown at checkout, before and
after confirmation of your order.
Do you deliver outside the United Kingdom?
At this time, we only deliver orders within the United Kingdom.
Do I need to sign for my order?
We require proof of delivery for all orders but it doesn't need to be you who
signs.
What happens if I am out when you deliver?
If no one is available to sign for the package when the Hermes courier attempts
to deliver, they will leave a card at the delivery address confirming that they
have tried to deliver and will try a further 2 attempts to deliver the items. Follow the instructions on this card if you
wish to rearrange the delivery time or pick up the item from your local
delivery office.
