Our Delivery Charges are as follows:-

Wedding Dresses - £7.99

Accessories - £5.99

If two or more products are purchased, the rate for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products. All delivery charges are shown for each product, before and after confirmation of your order.

All products are made to order and will therefore take up to 4 weeks to manufacture.

Your order will therefore be delivered within 30 working days.

We will deliver your order via Hermes, so you are assured to enjoy a fast and professional service. Once orders are placed, you will receive an order confirmation by email.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive another email directing you to the Tracking system, www.hermes-europe.co.uk/tracker.html where you will have full tracking of your parcel.

RETURNS

We hope that you will enjoy the product; however, if for any reason, you are not happy with it, you can return the item within 14 days after you receive it. Your item must be in its original unused condition, with all the labels attached and in the original packaging.

Made to Measure items are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-EXCHANGEABLE.

You need to fill in the returns form and deliver the item back to us.

Please complete your returns form clearly.

We suggest that you send the item(s) via Recorded/ Tracked Delivery. We regret that we are unable to offer a refund on returned shipping costs.

Please note: We can only issue refunds on items that are shipped back to us within 14 days of receipt.
